Luciano started his professional career as a financial journalist in Milan. After being appointed International Press Officer at Olivetti, he served as Head of Communication in Autogrill, Allianz-Ras and Monte dei Paschi di Siena Bank.
After a gap year, Luciano has until recently worked as a communication consultant, before being appointed Head of Communications at Piaggio Aerospace, an Italian aircraft manufacturer.
Luciano graduated, magna com laude, after having attended the Executive Master of Science in Communication Management, at the Università della Svizzera Italiana and the UCLA Anderson School of Management (Los Angeles, CA).
Luciano is also an adjunct professor in Issues and Crisis Communication at the Milan-based Università IULM
